CLASSES

MAB-FIT classes are designed to cater for all levels of fitness. From complete beginners to those more experienced that want to try something a little different to the regular repetitive fitness class. Aimed at both physical and mental fitness, they are designed to be fun, while extremely beneficial to your health and fitness goals. Taken outside in the fresh air come rain (for the brave ones) or shine, MAB-FIT classes are designed to be great for motivation, great for socialising and fun, and with a focused objective of helping you get in the kind of shape you want to be in. Classes will target all areas and aspects of the body and mind, improving both aerobic and anaerobic fitness, helping with weight loss, keeping us strong, flexible, confident and happy. Circuit Training - £5
Class length : Around 1hr
Target areas : All areas of the body
A circuits class made up of various stations implementing bodyweight exercises and using equipment such as kettlebells, med balls and boxing padwork, targeting a full body workout
MAB-FIT Free-Fit - £0 FREE!!!
Class length : 45mins
Target areas : All-round mental and physical fitness
An all-round fitness session combining exercises and techniques using our own bodyweight as resistance. Aimed at an all over workout to keep both the body and mind in shape each week. This class will help you focus on your personal and general fitness goals. Completely free. Available to anyone. Just turn up, have fun, and get fit.
**Now into the winter months this outdoor class is still running in the dark. Situated under the street light on the far side of the sports field (next to the houses)**
